Overview
Certifications can support a ONGC profile in Oil & Gas Exploration PSU, but they rarely replace clearing the ONGC GATE-based Recruitment. For fresher offers, timed practice and explaining projects out loud matter more than a long badge list.

- Listing tools on the resume that you cannot explain in a technical round
