Experience 1: SDE-1 — Selected ✅

Online Assessment (90 min)
Section titled “Online Assessment (90 min)”- Two coding problems: one array/string (medium), one DP or tree (medium).
- Solved both with optimal approach; advanced to technical rounds.
Technical Interview 1 (45 min)
Section titled “Technical Interview 1 (45 min)”- Coding: subarray sum (with negative numbers — prefix sum + hash map) and one tree problem (path sum or level order).
- Asked to optimize and handle edge cases; discussed complexity.
- Short project discussion: tech stack and “how would you scale this?”
Technical Interview 2 (45 min)
Section titled “Technical Interview 2 (45 min)”- System design: “Design an order management system for same-day delivery with inventory per city.”
- Discussed order flow, inventory updates, idempotency, DB design, and caching (Redis).
- “How would you handle peak (e.g. festival) load?” — scaling and queues.
- Deep dive on one project: trade-offs and metrics.
Managerial Round (45 min)
Section titled “Managerial Round (45 min)”- “Describe a time you owned a feature end-to-end.” “How do you handle ambiguity?”
- Project impact: “What metric did you improve?” and teamwork example.
HR Round (30 min)

Experience 2: Backend Engineer — Selected ✅

Technical 1
